1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Unveil (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MarketMotion LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Game Rules and Fair Play

You agree to:

• Play the Game fairly and not use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
• Not use automated systems or bots to play the Game
• Not manipulate or falsify your scores or game statistics
• Respect other players and maintain appropriate conduct

4. User Content and Conduct

If you create a username or submit any content to the Game, you agree that:

• Your username and content will not be offensive, inappropriate, or infringe on others' rights
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your username for leaderboards and game features
• We may remove or modify any content that violates these Terms

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases for virtual items or features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, code, and game mechanics, is owned by MarketMotion LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Game

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketMotion LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately. You may terminate these Terms by deleting the Game from your devices.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the Game or other reasonable means.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
